Privacy Policy

The short version

Every calculator on InfraToolbox runs entirely inside your browser. The numbers you type — power figures, IP addresses, rack layouts, cable counts — are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. There is no account system, and we do not ask for your name or email address to use any tool.

What we do not collect

What is collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data in order to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. This includes your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested. It is used for delivery and security, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may set cookies and process data in order to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where you have consented.

You are asked for consent before any advertising cookie is set, and you may decline. Declining does not restrict any part of the site — every calculator works identically either way.

Local storage

The site stores a single value in your browser's local storage: your cookie consent choice, so that you are not asked repeatedly. This never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about visitors beyond the transient request logs described above, there is in practice very little to access or erase — but you are welcome to ask.

Children

This site is aimed at infrastructure professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
